Description | Organize CEOs agenda. - Follow up on the main points raised during the monthly top managements meetings. - Organize meetings and taking minutes of these meetings. - Filing and sorting of important documentations, managerial decisions, memos, etc, both soft & hard copies.. - Properly receiving and hosting CEOs visitors and incoming calls. - Drafting and following up CEOs incoming and outgoing letters, correspondences and e-mails. - Responsible of CEOs travel itinerary; travel arrangements, accommodation, bookings, etc. - Preparation of CEOs meetings such as relevant documents and special arrangements. - Any other task or assignment as per CEOs instructions. |
Qualifications | Suitable academic background - Utmost accuracy, focus, prioritizing and work coordination. - Communication skills in dealing with individuals. - Management & organizational skills. - Diplomatic. - Flexibility and ability to work after working hours when needed. - Mobility in carrying out external assignments as requested by the CEO. - Interpersonal skills. - English & computer proficiency. |
