Description | •Coordinates with administrative support staff and management as appropriate to prepare staffing headcounts and implement recruitment procedure. •Coordinates recruitment advertisements and recruitment related events/activities with internal and external parties. •Maintains the university recruitment web site and issue related reports as required. •Handles all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications •Preparing job offers and contracts for new hired staff and following up all the hiring procedures till the candidate receive his/her work. •Prepares job descriptions. •Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. •Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover. •Performing any other assigned tasks in the HR Department. |
Qualifications | -A University Degree in Business Administration, HR diploma and /or MBA is an asset. -Three to Five years experience as recruitment specialist in a multinational organization /preferable in educational institutions. |
