JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Receiving walk-in clients and handling all their needs. 2-Identifying the clients requests, queries and complaints together with the accurate recording on the relevant work flow system. 3-Providing the clients with all requested documents and letters in accordance with the CSC responsibilities as well as any written feedback regarding queries and complaints. 4-Investigating clients queries or complaints and coordinating with the relevant departments as needed in order to provide timely and efficient feedback. 5-Maintaining close follow up on all client requests ensuring prompt and regular feedback as required. 6-Coordinating with the Sales agents and other relevant departments in order to minimize policy cancellations and maximize persistence. 7-Developing the CMS IT system to enhance the effectiveness of data recorded. 8-Ensuring the updating of client information on the database to facilitate future communication. 9-Assisting walk in clients with the settlement of due premiums.
-Qualifications -University degree. –2 years of work experience with preference to a customer service role. -Experience in sales is a definite asset.
