JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives. Attend meetings to record minutes. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
-Qualifications • Experience providing support at the executive level • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
