Manage and responsible of 4 shits (4 shift leaders and 9 operators per shift) & achieve production targets.
Maintain quality standards at the highest levels
Ensure that all plant and machinery is performing to optimum standards in performance and safety.
Ensure that internal proactive maintenance is ongoing
Monitoring personnel in the department and ensuring they are trained in all aspects of health and safety.

Engineering back ground
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) & computer skills
Able to communicate and instruct members of the team to perform all duties as required.
