JOB DESCRIPTION:
Executive Secretary is required for a big reputable company located in “El Mohandeseen”
Job Duties:
1. Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information and direct calls to staff members.
2. Managing incoming and outgoing documents.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Perform general clerical duties as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
5. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, conferences and conference telephone calls.
6. Assist other departments with miscellaneous items.
Qualifications:
- year experience :0 to 1.
* Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
* Excellent command of English(language school)
* Proficient user of MS office.
* Internet/ email oriented.
