— Guide his sectors employees about rules, policies and procedures related to HR activities (Recruitment ” Performance Management System ” Training - ‡.). — Participate in determining the actual manpower needs according to the sector objectives and the volume of business. — Follow up the hiring procedures and implement the placement procedures according to the related policy and procedures. — Participate in determining KPIS for the sector employees with the sector head and managers. — Participate in determining TNA for the sector employees with the sector head and managers — Follow up the implementation of promotion, transfer and dismissal decisions according to HR Policies and procedures. — Conduct Employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to recommend the appropriate procedures to retain the employees.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience. • 1 – 3years of experience in HR Field.
