JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Manages all files and records related to the office to give back information when needed. 2. Prepares all correspondences & reports and presentations for the Manager 3. Manages the Manager schedule, deals with phone calls and visitors and organizes the meetings internally & externally. 4. Handling and provides Managers office expenditure analyses upon request 5. Maintains an effective follow up system for all pending issues delegated to her. 6. Attends and records minutes of various meetings as directed by the manager. . Arranges hotel bookings and traveling to all staff, and keep related records. 8.Sets and maintains standard filling system for the company . 9. Devising and maintaining office systems including suppliers and other staff
-Qualifications A minimum of Years secretarial experience , Professional appearance and manner; Strong personality; – Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; – Excellent computer and administrative skills; Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
