ADSL Technical Support (CS-Tech)

Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirement
From 0-2 years experience
Excellent English Language
Preferred CCNA or MCSE Holder
ADSL Experience is a plus
Age from 21-27 years
