Qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in HR areas generally and Comp. & Ben. function specifically.
- Human Resource Management and Compensation and benefits certificates are assets.
- Conduct job analysis & job evaluation.
- Participation and analysis of market surveys and recommend/develop required practices based on market trends.
- Development and implementation of salary and grading structures.
- Development and implementation of staff motivation & retention schemes/programs.
- Development and implementation of comp. & Ben. policies.
- Practical knowledge of HAY system is a plus.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
- PC applications & internet power user.
