1. Organization of work of internal administration (shifts-training-holidays-flight schedule-overtime-daily circulation) and official responsibility for completed tasks on the fleet and maintenance (therefore have previous experience in maintenance and distribution) 2. Coordinate the work of the Department for the best performance. 3. Create good working relationship with logistic community officials to clients 4. Assessment procedures for access management and adjusted for best way to accomplish the work assigned to the Department. 5. The budget section and follow the expenditure does not conflict with the policy of the companys 6. Follow the daily reports made by employees of the section. 7. Help the employees to resolve everyday problems. 8. Employment interviews and recruitment of new personnel management and explain the companys activities and the nature of their work. 9. Staff development and advising them to develop their career. 10. Select achievements of the employees section and a monthly assessment of the performance. 11. Organize a daily meeting for the staff. 12. Will be responsible for overall company goals. 13. Responsible for communication and coordination with other parts of the company
