Description
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Director s office
· Maintain a diary and arranging the day-to-day activities such as– appointments, schedule meetings and receiving of visitors , answering phone e-mail , faxing
· Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence ( internal memos, business letters and faxes emanating from different division/department and others companies )
· Types correspondences, reports, statistical tables also all confidential documents
· Prepare presentation
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree .
· 2-3 years relevant experience .

· Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office )
· Excellent commend of English language .
· Organized & Accurate .
· Administrative Skills .
· Ability to work under purser
· Detail oriented & ability to multi-task.
