Description | — To Achieve monthly targets assigned individually and for the team — To ensure that all telesales activities are directed to meeting sales targets. — To develop and implement telesales strategies and objectives as well as set challenging sales target and ensure that these targets are achieved. — To maintain service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns. — To drive the cross sell effort — Analysis of leads received Select. — Conversion of leads into ‘sale– — Updating of all systems as per the call with the customer. — Processing of the request or offer given to the customer. — Constant follow up with the concerned department if the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customers request. — Handling of all customer issues and resolve the same at the earliest and highlight them to the TL — Maintaining records of all approvals and requests and reports handled. — Compilation of daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team. |
Qualifications | • University Graduate. • Excellent communication skills. • 1-2 years experience in similar work environment • Preferably has a practical sales/ marketing background. • Has strong customer focus and ability to think creatively and work under pressure. • Excellent presentation skills. • Good team player with result driven attitude. • Business sensitive. • Has analytical and computer skills. • Adaptable and versatile. |
