Description . The jobholder is a specialist responsible for delivery of translations (primarily from French to Arabic and vice versa), for communications of the Group to the highest professional standard. The jobholder helps deliver key translation projects that form an integral part of HSBCs corporate image for both regulatory.
Qualifications University degree with 3-5 years’ experience in translation of corporate, financial and legal materials

Other Skills Strong french and Arabic verbal and written communication skills; excellent written translation skills in both directions between french and Arabic Good French writing skills, supported by adequate knowledge of French culture and history, and ability to detect sensitivities in french language and cultural contexts Good management skills with vendors Good interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines Able to work as part of a team Positive attitude and keen to learn, demonstrating continued knowledge building by keeping track of developments within HSBC and global trends Working knowledge of French input, Word and Excel
