Description | 1- Perform general office or clerical work such as coping and filing materials 2- Operate office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine & Scanner 3- Deliver/ Receive documents, Invoices, Office Facilities‡ etc 4- Inventory and order materials, supplies, stationery and office facilities as needed 5- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems 6- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages 7- May Conduct searches to find needed information 8- Provide Administrative assistance to Training Team 9- Assist in secretarial work 10- Ensure Office cleanness and Tidiness 11- Prepare correspondence and reports as required. |
