1-manage and guide the outsourced administrative services such as housekeeping, Security, transportation , catering ...etc 2-Achieve and fulfill the recruitment needs 3-Ensure proper HR infra-structure that aids business objectives achievements by creating and implementing PMS , internal policy and Employee Manual 4-Conduct interviews and exit interviews 5-Create and implement the Job descriptions 6-Assist in planning and implementing policies related to all phases of human resources activities including employee development, succession planning, training, organizational planning & development, recruitment, manpower planning, labor relations
Job requirement
-Minimum 2 years experience in all HR aspects; especially in recruitment in industrial field or a recruitment agency.
