    Summary:
    • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching employees and targets.
    Job Description:
    • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, targets, and financial goals.
    • Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
    • Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
    • Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
    • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.
    • Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
    • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
    • Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment and back-up for absent employees.
    • Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
    • Schedule and conduct department meetings.
    • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
    • Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and Managing Director on Department operations.
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
    • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
    • Determine discount rates for products.
    • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
    • Responsible with the sales team for opening new accounts for the company.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Not less than 8 years of experience.
    • IT Knowledge is a must.
    • Working before in the same field is a must.
    • E-commerce business knowledge is a must.
    • English Language and Faculty degree.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft office application and it is a must to be familiar with the internet and its various business application.
