** Skills and Knowledge:

- .NET Framework: ASP.NET, NET Remoting, LINQ, and WCF. Extra: WPF, PLINQ, Workflow Foundation (WF). 
- C#. XAML is extra. 
- SQL and T-SQL. 
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008: Queries, scripting, stored procedures… etc. Extra: SSRS. 
- SOAP, WSDL, and RESTful web services design. 
- ORM frameworks: NHibernate, Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL… etc. 
- Visual Studio 2008 and preferably 2010. 
- XML (DTD, XSD, and XPath) and JSON. 
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
- DOM and SAX parsing. 
- HTTP(S): request methods, header fields, compression… etc.

** Bonus Points:

- CMS: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal… etc. 
- Cross-platform mobile development tools. 
- User experience design (UXD). 
- HTML5 and CSS3. 
- jQuery. 
- Silverlight. 
- MySQL. 
- IIS.
