Description 1.Participating in the development of the Custom Clearance Sections work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting work flow to improve efficiency of the Custom Clearance Section. 2.Suggesting plans and programs that strive to improve the effectiveness of the Custom Clearance Section. 3.Following up with Finance department and concerned buyer(s) for reception of complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes, and ensure its compliance. 4.Coordinating with the Clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for clearance such as , shipping guarantees requisitions and ensure on time submittable and follow up for immediate clearance. 5.Following up clearance process with customers Reps. 6.Coordinating with the Warehouse to ensure that copy of shipping documents has been forwarded to the warehouse for proper receiving. 7.Examining invoices for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.
Qualifications B.Sc. from any discipline
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
