Description | The Office Assistant will be responsible for secretarial work related to the Intensive and Special Courses, such as: answering inquires, data entry, following up of students payments and filing of all related paperwork. Principal Accountabilities: — Handling secretarial work and filing related to intensive and special courses (memos, invoices, public relations, announcements, communication with companies & participants as well all the secretarial work). — Entering registration data on the university system for the intensive, special courses — Preparing the certificates for the intensive and special courses — Tabulating the course evaluation results and producing appropriate statistics — Following up Payment with the clients — Ensuring that visual aids and equipment are functional in the classrooms in which intensive and special courses are offered — Answering questions related to engineering and science services programs and courses (telephone calls / faxes / e-mails and face to face) — Additional relevant tasks as requested by supervisor |
Qualifications | - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Fresh Graduate 1 year of relevant experience is an asset. |
