Description | —Follow-up tasks given by the direct Manager to meet dead lines. — Preparation of correspondence and other written tasks. —Maintain appointment schedules and handling inquires. —Facilitate the smooth operation of the Manager Office through the keeping of records. — Coordinate with other departments to carry out tasks given in a timely manner —Send and receive e-mails and faxes. —Record meeting minutes. —Handling all the incoming and outgoing mails —Build up and maintain a high level of performing special assignments as required. —Create an effective filing system. —Handling Managers agenda. |
