| Description | DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Set a proposal to implement inventory cycle. -Control the transfers between the branches and review the documentation cycle of it. -Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance. -Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis). -Mange the RTV (Return to Vendor) process. Includes item documentation ” tracking, adjustments / damages. -Controlling, monitoring and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory (days of stock). -In charge of conducting the inventory count list on quarter basis and analysis the result of stock take. -Detailed analysis and control all types of modification. -Review and control WACP per item on a monthly basis. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 1-Item movement report. 2-Report to control that all goods received already confirmed from the ware houses. 3-Analyze report for inventory adjustments & modifications on a daily basis. 4-Report to calculate days of stock on a daily basis. 5-Stocks take analysis report. 6-WACP recalculation report on a monthly basis. |
