Description | To manage Service lifecycle from ideation stage through service development. Soft-launch, commercial launch and management To develop commercial voice service description for new offerings To help Marketing Planning in developing pricing for different enterprise voice services. To work with communication and PR to develop communication campaigns, marketing collaterals and training material for new and existing services. To approve soft-launch and commercial launch if various voice services. To initiate regulatory approval in coordination with Marketing Planning. To manage profitability and revenue of service To analyze feedback on different enterprise voices services from integration with MAS solutions management, Key Accounts Sales, Business Sales, Customer Care and I&R and implement required Service Changes To adjust service pricing line with the service portfolio approach and maintain profitable margins for every new service or bundle To update marketing collateral and training material EBU- Marketing- Product Development and Management To assist in Demand forecasting and defining new product development strategy. To define action plans for the performance improvement and lead internal and external working individuals and bodies for the establishment of such improvement.
