Job Description:
· Provides Market feedback to Sales and Product Managers on prices, competition, products, etc
· Communicates and updates prices, promotions and product specs to customers.
· Manages and maintains customer relationship. Solves and escalates customer problems
· Increases the company’s share of customer business
· Business understanding; understands customers’ priorities and market dynamics
· Receives all customer phone calls related to Sales team switched from operators.
