HR & Recruitment Manager Vacancy
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly created position of HR Director. Reporting to, and partnering with, the Group President and supporting General Managers, the HR Director will work within the Group as a key member of the leadership team. In a varied Generalist role they will develop and lead the HR function and ensuring HR aligns with the strategic business objectives. They will also work in a hands on capacity in a lean HR structure getting the results
Who we're looking for:
Methodical approach to work, with a good eye for detail
• project management skills
Age Between 35 - 40
• Good planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to take responsibility for own caseload
• Common sense approach to work, practical and logical in decision making.
Develop HR systems, procedures and policies to support the culture and to ensure they are up to date
• HR project work including pay review and performance management
• Drive effective employee relations.
• Build excellent working relationships with managers and employees
• Be part of developing the company culture and help permeate it through the organisation
• Providing data for weekly/ monthly reporting and managing
