An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced commercial lawyer to oversee legal and compliance matters for the company across this key region. Their business across the region is rapidly expanding therefore it is essential applicants are familiar with the territory and have the following experience;
• Qualified lawyer / attorney 5 PQE and above*
• Fluent Arabic and English essential
• Experience gained in the energy industry is essential with oil field services experience being specifically desirable
• Familiarity with the region and local business practices is essential
• In-house or multi-national firm background essential
• Prepared to travel within MEA
• Compliance experience essential
• Litigation / dispute management highly desirable
