Description
The major responsibility of the Executive Administrative Assistant is to perform manager's support in all day to day administrative work, as well as in any management projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Assists manager in managing and leading the team under his responsibility with reference to relevant freight handling services, quality performance level and business development.
- produces presentations and makes preparations for meetings chaired by the manager
- Takes part in management meetings to assure follow-through
- Keeps record of and follow up with all management projects
- Takes initiative in manager’s absence
- Ensures that the company’s strategies and the business unit plans and policy are defined and communicated properly to staff.
- Monitors and follows up with staff’s required qualifications
- follows up with development plans and salary development
- Brings major irregularities to the attention of the manager.
Qualifications
Needed Qualifications:
- University degree or comparable education
- General understanding of the air cargo and logistics business
- Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Effective organization and project management skills
- Distinctive analytical skills
- Demonstrated successful supervisory, negotiation and customer satisfaction skills
- Solid knowledge and skills in mainframes and PC’s, spreadsheets and databases
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic language knowledge
- Ability to work under stress and time pressure, high degree of flexibility and mobility
