HR & Admin Manager - manufacturing company

HR & Admin Manager is required for a manufacturing company.

Role:

Will lead the Admin & Personnel functions as well as assist in developing the HR function.


Required profile:
- University Degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in the administration and personnel leadership (last 3 years of which in a managerial role) and has stints of core HR activities.
- Manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Has solid track record in leading varied and stretched administration activities as well as personnel & external relations.
- Strong personality, very practical and “result” oriented.
- Resourceful with competent leadership skills
- Past experience in SAP (or other sophisticated ERP) implementation will be a strong asset.
