QUALIFICATIONS:

* University degree; HR and soft skills courses is a plus.
* Clear and concise communicator.
* Has a sense for customer service methodology.
* Good team player, takes initiative, accepts accountability and has a sense of urgency to make a difference.
* Multitasking ability with efficient performance on each task.
* Work to achieve individual and company goals.

SKILLS:

* Very good linguistic skills in both Arabic & English, verbal, read and written.
* Very good communication skills and people smarts.
* Very good command on Office package applications especially Microsoft Outlook, * Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Very good administrative writing skills.
* Delivery and quality focused.
* User service oriented.
* Excellent adherence to policies and procedures.
