Performance Manager - multinational FMCG company

To maximize manufacturing efficiency, reduce all types of losses, develop capacity, involvement and contribution of all employees on plant level.

Required profile:
• Engineering Background, preferably industrial
• 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing (production, maintenance, engineering …)
• Working experience with Lean or TPM Systems is a must
• Energetic, enthusiastic and smart.
