OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
„X A recruitment Manager is responsible for helping employer clients to recruit staff for job vacancies.
„X Develop an understanding of their client's requirements, then identify potential staff (candidates)
„X To identify and Developing Recruitment Plan.
„X Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
„X Advises on and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization.
„X Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
„X using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts;
„X Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs; Negotiating terms of employment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Allocates accounts and specifies targets to sales Manager.
2. Conducts strategic accounts sales calls, and maintains a professional and credible business relationship with them.
3. Select and manage external agencies.
4. Recruitment consultantancy advice based on an understanding of their client's requirements.
5. Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs will be advertised.
6. Ensuring advertising and other recruitment messages conform to legal and up to the standards.
7. Placing advertisements in the public domain both in paper-based publications and online.
8. Interviewing potential candidates.
9. Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
10. Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
11. Establish a positive and a long term relationship with customers.
12. Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to Recruitment supervisor, Recruitments specialist.
13. Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
14. Training staff in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at (internal ¡§on job training, or at selected centre)
15. Designing and revising application forms, including developing online processes
16. Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organization, for example, brochures and further particulars.
17. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
18. Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff
19. Conducts performance evaluation of his subordinates and accordingly prepares training needs plan and submits to the Human Resources Manager for review and approval.
20. Holds full accountability.
