A Civil Engineer Needed for a Company located in Mohandseen Specialized in the field of fire protection products

Job description:
Responsible for the complete execution of projects from taking over from clients till handing over with the coordination of the projects manager & Senior Engineer.
Responsible to supervise the whole projects Labors and to control the in/out flows of materials to projects to ensure that the best mechanism is in place - with the coordination of the Managing Director.
Provide direction and support to projects team
Call all projects foremen for periodic meetings to follow-up the internal policies and the workflow progress and resolve all odds.
Represent the Company in taking over the site and the preliminary and final handover procedures.
Responsible for the execution of the needs and requirements of the client as well as the consultant perfectly and maintain good relations with them -On basis of respect and keeping the company rights and image – with the coordination of the projects manager.
Take the immediate necessary actions to solve all problems and troubleshoot in order to run the project and fulfills all plans - with the coordination of the projects manager & Senior Engineer.
Prepare the suitable project’s organization chart with the coordination of the projects manager, and participate in short listing and selecting the most suitable candidates and workforce in all specialties.
Will also be required to design the project staff vacation schedule, arrange for their accommodation, transportation and relocation; bearing in mind balancing between the company’s liabilities and the employee’s welfare.
Coordinate with all the project’s staff and assure the stability and facilitation of workflow and to make sure and certain that the workforce is performing in harmony with teamwork spirit, and execute all their duties properly, taking in consideration all necessary procedures needed to develop workflow and support all functions with the optimal usage of the available resources.
Job Qualifications:
Experience required 0-1 year, English, Computer Skills, must be graduated from Faculty of Engineering- Civil engineering
