Our clients are local and off-shore call center operations located in Cairo, Egypt seeking to hire Call Center Agents with the below criteria:
- University Graduates (fresh graduates or people with similar experience of 1-2 years)
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (speaking, reading, writing)
- Additional languages is an advantage (French, Italian, Spanish, German)
- Military service performed or exempted for male candidates.
- Customer service oriented and effective communication and problem solving skills are required.
