A very big multinational FMCG company is looking for an 'Internal Audit Manager' with the following qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
• Review the adequacy and applications of accounting, financial and operating controls throughout the organization
• Ascertain the reliability of accounting and other operational procedures within the organization
• Provide management with recommendations to ensure maintenance of a high level of internal control & promote operational efficiency.
• Perform approved audit program and preparing reports with recommendations on audit findings.
• Monitor the implementation of decisions taken by the management on audit recommendations.
• Train, develop and motivate the internal audit team on frequent basis, to ensure a healthy working environment and achieve their objectives
• Continuously monitor all aspects of the internal control solutions
• Review E2E risk and controls available and ensure adequacy of the control.
• Review users' access to sensitive roles in SAP to ensure the continuity of the work flow and prevent role clashes
Job Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as an Audit manager
• Previous FMCG background or previous Audit firm background
• Auditing related certificates are a plus.
