To explain the loan process to potential clients & verify clients’ eligibility for a loan. Carry out risk assessment & loan appraisal; Ensure the proper use of the funds disbursed by monitoring the loans periodically; Ensure that the repayments are made on schedule and contact the delayed clients to arrange the delayed repayment; Ensure full compliance with the prevailing policies& procedures; and full alignment with the audit recommendations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Commerce-English section or Faculty of Foreign trade
Minimum 0-1 years in microfinance field & good experience in accounting issues;
· Good understanding of business process;
Excellent reporting skills in English and Arabic;
·Good spoken English and computer skills;
Customer oriented and good communicator with different- level clients.
