At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify what customers expect from their sales rep
- Describe sales skills and techniques to successfully move through the sales process
- Examine the steps to respond to customer objections
- Identify how to effectively sell against the competition
- Determine actions to follow-up with a customer and ask for a referral
- Manage key accounts.
