Principal Accountabilities:
1 ENTERS THE INVOICE OF THE ALL FIXED ASSETS IN THE ACCOUNTING PACKAGE.
2-REVIEWS FF&E INVOICES AND COMPARES WITH ITS ATTACHMENTS.
3-PREPARES &ENTERS ALL THE REPORTS CONCERNING THE FIXED ASSETS.
4-SUPERVISES THE PROCESS OF THE YEARLY FIXED ASSETS INVENTORY.
5-PARTICIPATES IN THE BUDGET PREPARATION.
6-ENTERS PAYABLE INVOICES IN ACCOUNTING PACKAGE.
7-ENTERS EXPENSE INVOICES ON ACCOUNTING PACKAGE.
9-CLOSES THE MONTHLY INVENTORY TO THE MATCHED WITH THE GENERAL LEDGER.
