Office Supervisor - securitas

Title: Office Supervisor
Job Description:
- Supervision of the outsourced services.
- Co-ordination of the office maintenance and cleaning with the outsourced service company.
- Co-ordination of paying office utilities.
- Petty cash management and settlements with the outsourced company.
- Back up of the outsourced receptionist in case of absence.
- Administration of conference Rooms.
- Supervise maintenance of all the office equipments (copier- dish washer- coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle .....etc)
- Upkeep office materials supply storage (cartridge of the multifunction machine, papers, printing material , stationary, office supplies, kitchen supplies, spare parts, newspaper ). weekly.
- Arranging for all necessary for new the employees, i.e. passes, desk, telephone line set-up and business cards, badges, stationary).

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English & Arabic Language
- Customer oriented
- Knowledge of office administration
- Problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- high level of accuracy and attention to details,
- computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs.
