Description Responsible for the overall management of the commercial entertainment center through effective management of its daily operations to contribute to the profitability of the business. Manage the over-all operational concerns of the center including its physical management, safety and security, housekeeping, maintenance of the building and equipment.Good relations with all departments within the Mall especially to Leasing for profit generation.Helping out in increasing center traffic through effective marketing events that will also help create a positive image.Provide leadership to the technical & operational staff in the center to achieve optimum performance & efficiency.Provide superior client service by attending to complaints & suggestions of the clients in order to achieve high client satisfaction.Ensures center Operations is operating within the budget.,Perform other tasks to keep the center running smoothly. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as Facilitate c
oordination and communication between support functions.Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to all directors/management and sales reps on Establish and maintain sales quotas and compensation plans,improve response times to achieving in-season sales goals, Be the single point of contact for reporting weekly/monthly on revenue plan to actual,Manage costumer and vendor contracts
