Responsibilities:
leading group of 6 to assure compliance to
standards & regulations, controlling production areas, labs, warehouses, stores.
Lead Auditor, internal auditing, self inspection, suppliers, TPMs, distributors audit. Deviation &
investigation system, CAPA & tracking system (Track wise team leader), product recall, quality
complaint, returned goods. GMP work plan coordinator, team leader of product quality
complaints. Key member of Quality team surviving TGA audit, member in FPQ team. QA Team
Leader of the decontamination process between Lactam & Non Lactam buildings.
Documentation, SOPs, reports, batch records review & product release, pre-operational inspection.
