Tasks:- Perform market surveys on the outgoing holidays through competitors, clients feedback, front line staff, Sales Executives, etc. and submit periodical reports.
- Search, create, develop and update outgoing holidays' products with different targeted customers: corporate, individuals, honeymooners, etc and different customers levels.
- Give special focus on specialty products and combined packages such as honeymooners, camps, safaris, etc.
- Develop seasonal and holidays products themes and suggest marketing and sales plan & coordinate with relevant departments.
- Search for information on international events, concerts and festivals and create products related to them.
- Create market leading products and destinations.
- Coordinate with the Pricing & Contracts Executive to prepare competitive.
- Create and develop assisting tools for new packages, i.e. videos, internet sites, presentations and/or handbook to cover all details needed.
- Introduce new destination(s) to operators and Travel Counsellors through awareness programs in coordination with the training department.
- Follow up selling of all created packages and assist in problems encountered.
- Carry out all tasks as reasonably requested by the company.
