Education and Experience
• Bachelor's in Commerce with minimum general grade (Good)
Required Skills/Background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in (English & Arabic).
• Able to generate and qualify leads.
• Able to source and develop client referrals
• Able to prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Able to schedule sales activity
• Able to develop and maintain a customer database
• Able to develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
• Able to plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Able to make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Able to develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Able to maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Able to respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Able to ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Able to follow up on sales activity
• Able to perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Able to monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Able to conduct market research and surveys
• Able to participate in sales events
• Able to monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
