1- Introducing and presenting the company services for different customers. 2- Gather required information about the integration readiness of 3rd parties. 3- Handling and planning the activities of joining banks, accounting units and government entities. 4- Setting up forms and questionnaires for customers subscriptions. 5- Assisting customers in filling technical forms and questionnaires. 6- Finalizing the subscription process, integration and support of government entities, banks, and billers and service providers onto the e-Payment platform successfully. 7- Handling Customers relations and understanding the customer’s needs. 8- Communicating with the day to day operation team to facilitate the operational role of the company.
- A Bachelor Degree or above - Minimum four years of experience in a similar role in payments.
