Description | Understands and follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. - Positions the company for prime opportunities by selling the organization’s training services and gathering information that will make a competent organizational approach to potential accounts. - Identifies possible opportunities for new projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of the company’s offered training services - Identifies potential accounts through client assessments (e.g. profitability, size of business, etc…) and client needs assessment - Maintains a portfolio of clients for whom the company’s provide periodic and on-going training services - Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts’ competitors, problems, goals, needs and issues and accordingly design and deliver the training services directly tied to achieving clients changing business goals. - Develops strong business relationships to exceed client expectations and generate loyalty - Oversees proposal development through creating offers that provide the best affordable value and ensures that proposals address the account’s key issues, needs and requirements. - Coordinates with Finance & Accounting for assigned accounts collection activities. - Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns. |
