| Description | -Achieving key performance indicators (KPI) targets. -Review Daily Reports through shifts. -Achieving Production Plan according to the annual operating plan (AOP). -Leading the Process Team through trainings and instructions to achieve KPIs. -Applying Food Safety & Hygiene Standards to ensure personnel and equipment safety. -Minimizing cost through decreasing MOH and direct cost. -Responsible for achieving results for the external audits. -Coordination with the Maintenance Department to fix any problem related to the equipments. -Minimizing waste – to maintain efficiency of operations. -Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). |
| Qualifications | •Engineering Graduate (preferably Production). •1-2 years of experience in the same field. •Computer proficiency (Excel-Word-PowerPoint). •Communication & leadership skills. •Decision maker & result oriented. •Easily communicates in English and Arabic. |
