Job Description
We are a young start-up company with true potential - seeking a lawyer who will be able to advise us with legal matters, keep us out of trouble, protect us from the bad guys and make sure we succeed.The company has the technolgy sense and capibilites to succeed and do very well, now we need a Big Brother/Sister Lawyer who is going to make sure we don't run into legal issues, file the proper paper work, and cover our backs when the big companies try to interfer with the little guy.
We are open to hourly or fixed price and can discuss other options if needed.
