JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide general office support and follow up on all administrative issues; Establish and maintain an effective filing system to properly manage and maintain administration paperwork; Assist in scheduling meetings and arranging business trips; manage logistics and coordinate business unit meetings inside or outside the company
-Qualifications B.SC of relevant academic study, as well as from 2 to 3 years of experience in related functions in a multinational company; excellent knowledge of MS Office
