Establish and maintain procedures for maintaining records including office budget, expenses, etc. to ensure records are in line with organization policies Prepare and compile papers/documentation for the CEO, including project and departmental related reports and documents, ensuring they are completed and prepared in time for meetings and discussions Coordinate meetings called by the CEO and prepare relevant material and documentation (agenda, etc.) ensuring that required attendees are informed and resources are booked.
