Description | 1-Design & Implement HR Plan 2-Update and maintain personnel policies and procedures 3- Organize, maintain, and review personnel records 4- Organize and co-ordinate the recruitment and selection of new staff 5- Manage, Implement & Follow up Companys benefits & services including health care, social Insurance, & allowances 6- Assists in business and staff planning include: data identification, gathering, analysis, and reporting 7- Design and implement Staff Appraisal & Rewarding systems 8- Conduct New Employees Orientation 9- Advise senior management on pay and conditions, retention rates and business policy affecting employee relations 10- Maintain staff records 11- Assist Senior Management in setting up and performing objective evaluation norms for staff and Line Managers 12- Develop & Analyze monthly reports 13- Recommend and implement improvements in workflow, procedures and use of equipment related to the administrative support functions 14- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence 15- Create and format a wide variety of documents & reports including letterhead, letters, entry forms, rules, structures, memoranda, statistical charts ‡. etc 16- Maintain company equipments, facilities & stationery 17- Coordinate company activities such as Events, Dinner, presentations, ‡etc 18- Provide Administrative supervision to Admin & Service team 19- Provide administrative support to other departments and managers. |
